Sodium titanate (Na₂Ti₃O₇) as the anode material for sodium-ion batteries

Lithium-ion batteries (LIB) has been develop for electrical energy storage in the past few decades. LIB has been widely used in lots of application, such as mobile phone, notebook, and electric vehicles. As the storage mechanism in LIB is similar to sodium-ion batteries , the sodium titanate(Na₂Ti₃O₇) has been used as the alternative anode material. Na₂Ti₃O₇ can be synthesis by conventional solid state reaction. XRD-diffraction and SEM shows the structure and morphology of Na₂Ti₃O₇. The charge-discharge curve has been test under 0.01~2.5V.
